Stayed here for holiday and can recommend it. The hotel was surprising and the staff amazingly nice, amazing location on a commercial centre. Location: the venue was close enough to airport and shops and the outskirts of the former coal-mining town of Lens, which serves a mainly business clientele. There was a gourmet restaurant nearby. The beds were good and overall the room was huge & fine. The free parking was on-site, terrific service. I was offered extra breakfast when needed.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel located on the outskirts of the city. Despite being in a commercial center, it was difficult to find, but once inside, we were pleasantly surprised. the spacious rooms were comfortable and had all modern amenities. the staff were polite and friendly. the restaurant served superb cuisine, with delicious dishes prepared with glamour. the inner court area had a swimming pool, providing a nice outdoor space. the hotel also had free wifi and offered good value with their set menus.
Some parts of the hotel were outdated and tatty.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The restaurant was absolutely marvellous, offering delicious food, albeit in the higher price range. The pool was a great plus, and I enjoyed taking a refreshing dip. Despite being located on a large parking/shopping area, the hotel managed to create a cozy and quiet atmosphere. The garden, surrounded by beautiful trees, added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The bathrooms were very stylish, adding a touch of luxury to my stay.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

This hotel is like a hidden gem in a commercial zone on the outskirts of Lens. Despite its unconventional location, once you step inside, you are greeted with spacious and comfortable rooms. The attention to detail is evident in their beautiful dining areas, charming bar, and the serene garden with a pool and pond. The hotel's staff are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I also loved waking up to the view of the garden from my room.
No major issues; a bit difficult to find initially.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of a shopping estate, which may seem a bit bizarre at first, but once you step inside, it's like entering a different world. The rooms have French doors that open onto a patio with a table and chairs, offering a lovely view of the garden and swimming pool. The staff are warm and hospitable, and the food in the restaurant is first-rate. It's clear that this hotel has been running for many years, and they pay great attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable stay for their guests.
All was good, nothing could be improved.

The room was cozy and nicely decorated. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of water and fluffy towels. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a good variety of options.
Our romantic escape was dampened by several disappointing aspects. The walls were thin, and we were constantly disturbed by noise from adjacent rooms.
